Job Title: PT LPN or RN

Location: Douglas County Jail

Schedule: Every other Saturday & Sunday

Position Type: Part-Time, PRN available

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans following State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, as well as Physician/Provider directives.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
