Job Opportunity: Part-Time LPN or RN at Cherokee County Jail

Join our team at Cherokee County Jail as a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). We offer flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance, with online scheduling options to pick up PRN needs alongside regular shifts.

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• Every other Saturday and Sunday
• Potential for every weekend for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, evaluate symptoms, chart results, and develop nursing plans in accordance with state scope of practice and physician guidelines
• Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Implement established treatment plans
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking
