This position provides private duty nursing in Niles, OH. Schedules available on Saturday & Sunday from 10pm-6am

Monday-Sunday from 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Accept assignments from the R.N. Case Manager and provide nursing care based on home assessments, nursing diagnoses, and physician-approved care plans.
• Perform treatments ordered by the physician and delegated by the R.N. Case Manager.
• Observe signs and symptoms; report findings to the R.N. Case Manager.
• Note changes in physical or emotional status of clients.
• Promote client and caregiver independence in self-care.
• Utilize electronic documentation for client care; comply with agency policies regarding timely submission and data synchronization.
• Follow agency policies on universal precautions and safety guidelines.
• Fulfills other assignments as requested by the R.N. Case Manager, VP of Clinical Services, or Director of Professional Services.
