Boone County Jail

Open Position:

LPN or RN Weekend Days

Schedule:

Every other Saturday & Sunday, 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress, charting results, establishing nursing plans, and working within the scope of practice and guidelines set by the State and physicians/providers.
• Administering prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Following established treatment plans.
• Performing emergency interventions, physical assessments, and applying critical thinking skills.
