Position Details

Location: Alamance County Jail

Open Position: Full-Time LPN or RN

Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation from 6 am to 6 pm with alternating weekends

Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, under Physician/Provider supervision.
2. Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
3. Follow established treatment plans.
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills.
