Job summary

Ideal Staffing Inc. seeks an LPN or RMA for a Benton, AR clinic. Direct hire permanent position with a patient-centered team. Experience with EMRs and proficiency on the iPad (EMA a plus) is preferred.

Responsibilities include patient care before, during, and after procedures, local anesthesia administration, sterile technique, education, and scheduling. Clinician will multitask in a fast-paced setting, communicating effectively with patients by phone and in person. Great group with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMRs and be proficient on the iPad (EMA a plus).
• Preparing and caring for the patient before, during, and after procedures.
• Injecting local anesthesia.
• Sterile technique.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and care for patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Inject local anesthesia as required.
• Maintain sterile technique and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients about procedures and aftercare.
• Schedule patients for surgery and communicate with them.

Hours:Monday 7:30 am - 12 pm, Tuesday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 am
