Job summary

Essentia Health's Park Rapids Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to join the pediatric practice in Park Rapids, Minnesota. The role runs 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with one weekday off and two Saturday shifts every six months.

0.8 FTE with no holidays or on-call, and possible remote/hybrid option. You will support care in an ambulatory pediatric setting, collaborating with RNs and physicians, and meet licensure requirements including BCLS.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Minnesota or CMA licensure/certification as required for hire.
• CMA: current registration or certification or completion of a Medical Assistant program and must become certified within one year of hire.
• AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in ambulatory care setting.
• Care for patients ranging from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category.

Job Description:

Essentia Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to serve in the pediatric practice at our Park Rapids Clinic in Park Rapids, Minnesota. Licensure/CertificationQualifications:

• LPN: Current LPN licensure with the Minnesota state board of nursing upon hire.
