St. Joseph Kervick Residence, supported by Vermont Catholic Charities, seeks an LPN or Med Tech to deliver compassionate care to active seniors. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and document care per individualized plans, contributing to a team-based, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license or experience as a Med Tech.
• Experience in senior living/long-term care is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work evening shifts and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach with confidentiality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Administer medications safely and accurately per guidelines and policies.
• Document care and outcomes per care plan.
• Monitor condition changes and report promptly to nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment addressing physical and psychosocial needs.
• Engage residents to promote independence and dignity.
• Complete all charts and records accurately and on time.

Sign-on Bonus for Full-time: $1,500 for Med Tech, $3,000 for LPN

St. Joseph Kervick Residence is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LPN or MedTech dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll use strong communication and organizational skills toadminister medications, assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and

LPN/Med Tech Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Administer medications accurately and safely, following all regulatory guidelines and community policies.
• Provide care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan, documenting care and outcomes.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the Director of Nursing or Administrator, including family concerns or complaints.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment while addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Engage with residents in ways that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time, including charts, reports, logs, and records.

LPN/Med Tech Qualifications

• Current LPN license or experience as a Med Tech
• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evening shifts and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach with commitment to confidentiality and safety.
