Brookdale Senior Living in Austin, TX is seeking an LPN or LVN on a full-time basis to support resident care in a dynamic geriatric setting.

You will monitor residents under physician orders, document responses, and administer medications while maintaining a secure medicine supply. The role requires a current LPN/LVN license and strong teamwork in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license required per state regulations.
• Experience delivering resident care under physician orders is a plus.
• Ability to document care plans and responses accurately.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
