Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) or licensed vocational nurses (LVN) to join our care team in Ohio. The role focuses on monitoring residents, administering medications, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for seniors in our communities.

You will work with physicians and care teams to implement treatment plans, document responses, and provide compassionate care that aligns with Brookdale's commitment to dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Requires LPN or LVN license per state regulations.
• Experience in resident care and healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and care plans.

• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program.
