Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an LPN or LVN to join our team in Massachusetts. You will support residents with comprehensive nursing care, monitor treatment plans, and document responses.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and adherence to facility procedures in a supportive long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required per state regulations.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
