Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of LPN Program or Certified Medical Assistant.
• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan patient care needs.
• Assist physician or mid-level provider in office setting.
• Set up, stock and clean patient rooms.
• Provides patient/family instructions.
