Village Caregiving, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic LPN to step into a Director of Operations role in Rock Springs, WY. The position oversees day-to-day operations, trains new team members, and ensures compliance across our local network of home health aides and clients.

The role includes conducting home visits, creating care plans, scheduling caregivers, and driving quality service with a team‑oriented mindset. Full‑time schedule with Monday–Friday hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• LPN license required and current.
• Leadership potential with interest in operations.
• Experience training staff and scheduling.
• Knowledge of compliance in home health care.
• Strong customer service and employee engagement skills.
• Ability to develop care plans and supervise caregivers.
