Village Caregiving is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to step into a Director of Operations role at our Lander, WY office. The LPN will oversee day-to-day operations, train new team members, and ensure compliance across our network of home health aides and clients. Regular home visits and detailed care plans are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising home health aides preferred.
• Willing to lead operations and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Schedule coordination for caregivers and clients.
