Job summary

TalentBurst seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 9-week onsite assignment in Bennington, VT. Shift is 12 hours/day, 3 days/week, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a minimum guarantee of 36 hours weekly. Requires Vermont LPN license, EMR experience, and current CPR/IV certification; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Vermont LPN license.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and EMR systems.
• English communication clearly spoken and written.
• Current CPR and IV certification.
• One year of experience preferred; rehab/behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily supervision and coordination of patient care on the assigned Unit.
• Manage multiple priorities and delegate to CNAs as needed.
• Document changes in patient condition and report to RN/Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
