JobDiva, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an onsite 13-week assignment in Rutland, VT. Shift is 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM with a minimum guarantee of 40 hours per week.

The position starts 10/05/2026 and runs through early January 2027, with a 8-hour workday and five days per week. The LPN will deliver direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, document thoroughly, and participate in care planning and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Reads/writes/speaks English to ensure safety and patient care.
• Maintains BLS/CPR certification as required.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Documents data and communicates with RN/physician.
• Provides direct patient care and collaborates with nursing staff.
• Coordinates with unlicensed staff and ensures task compliance.
• Participates in discharge planning and care coordination.
