Job summary

CommuniCare is seeking an LPN Nursing Unit Manager at Annandale Healthcare Center. The role focuses on 24-hour operational leadership for the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care with empathy and team support.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license and has 2–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at delivering compassionate care to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of MD with 2–5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of MD 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience Previous Long Term Care Experience
