Genesis HealthCare in Albuquerque seeks an LPN Supervisor/Team Skin Health Lead to oversee nursing care on a shift, ensuring safe, effective delivery and strong patient outcomes. The role liaises between units and the DON, supporting a collaborative nursing team.

The supervisor guides staffing, participates in interviews, and drives education initiatives to maintain high care standards and compliance with policies and regulations.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license or licensure pending with the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical operations and care delivery on assigned shift.
• Ensure adequate nursing coverage to provide safe, 24/7 care.
• Participate in interviewing nursing vacancies and assess staff performance.
• Identify educational needs and coordinate with Nurse Practice Educator.
• Ensure patient assignments match staff competency and needs.
