Job summary

Our Lady of Hope in Richmond, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee care for senior residents in our Nursing Center. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, provide direct care, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, with shifts 3-11 or 11-7. Pay ranges $41.00-$45.15 per hour based on experience; RN license required; CPR certification required or obtainable within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certification or ability to acquire within 60 days.
• Experience in senior care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of LPNs and CNAs
• Provide direct care to residents or delegate care as appropriate
• Administer wound care and treatments as directed
• Report incidents or changes in residents’ condition to DON
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate resident care records
• Enforce company policies and procedures and state regulations
• Participate in staff training
• Other tasks as requested by the Director of Nursing

Overview

Pay range (based on experience): $41.00-$45.15 per hour

Our Register Nurses (RN) are responsible for overseeing the care of our senior residents in our Nursing Center. These hands-on caregivers work directly to assist residents with daily care needs. They are responsible for supervising , LPN’s , nursing assistants and maintaining a high standard of care, accurate record-keeping, and licensing requirements as directed by the Director of Nursing. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of state regulations and medication administration are a must. RN’s must be dedicated, compassionate, and respectful.
