LPN Nurse - Up to $33.55 per Hour to Start!

Join our team at NexCare WellBridge Senior Living as an LPN Nurse and earn up to $33.55 per hour!

About the Role

Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care in areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Location

Located just minutes from Flint and 11 miles south of Hill Road.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting wage: $30.15 per hour
  • Hero pay: $3.40 per hour
  • Annual wage increases

Work Schedule
  • 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
  • Full-time or part-time options
  • Day or midnight shifts available
Responsibilities
  • Perform treatments like wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and dialysis
  • Administer medications and advise patients and families
  • Provide preventative and supportive care
  • Oversee Nurse Aide team, including training and evaluations
  • Promote excellent customer service and a positive healing environment
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, innovative care
