You will supervise and train caregivers, assess residents, communicate changes to physicians, and document in EHR/EMAR, while upholding quality, safety, and resident-focused service.

Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana with supervisory background and passion for elder care is required; strong punctuality and professionalism are valued.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Indiana required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
