Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
• Complete medical forms, evaluations, and documentation for residents.
• Receive physician orders, transcribe them, and administer medications as ordered.
• Inform staff of admissions, room assignments, and readiness for new residents.
• Make rounds with providers and monitor resident status and care plans.
• Update care plans and ensure care plans are followed.
