Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Day Shift Rotation at Wood County Jail, Wisconsin. This role features a structured schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, fostering consistency and teamwork in a correctional healthcare setting.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license for Wisconsin.
• Experience in correctional healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to provide direct nursing care in a secure setting.

Enjoy a structured rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend built into the rotation.

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotation: Includes every other weekend
