Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift rotation at Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. The role features a structured schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, focusing on direct patient care within a correctional setting.

You will administer medications, assess patients, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care while maintaining accurate records and fostering a safe, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain
• Experience in correctional healthcare is a plus
• Strong patient-care and clinical assessment skills

Enjoy a structured rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend built into the rotation.

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotation: Includes every other weekend
