Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Day Shift Rotation at Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. You will deliver direct nursing care within a secure correctional setting, with every-other-weekend rotation and 12-hour shifts.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience providing direct nursing care in a correctional or secure setting preferred.

Your Schedule at a Glance

Enjoy a structured rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend built into the rotation.

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotation: Includes every other weekend

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Assess patients, recognize changes in condition, and document clinical findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to support continuity of care.
• Respond to medical needs with professionalism, sound judgment, and compassion.
