  • The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will support the unit leadership and respond appropriately to resident and family needs within the scope of practice.
  • The LPN will utilize nursing process, judgment, and skills to prioritize and deliver quality resident care, ensuring safety and well-being.
  • The LPN will administer treatments and medications, observe resident responses, and communicate findings with the care team.
  • The LPN will monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
  • The LPN will oversee and coordinate CNA activities and ensure appropriate care delivery.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an approved Nursing program
  • Current, in-good-standing LPN license in New York
  • Dedicated to providing compassionate, clinically sound care
  • Cooperative, caring, and enthusiastic attitude to foster a rehabilitative environment
  • Interest in caring for ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with staff
  • COVID-19 vaccinations encouraged but not mandated; vaccination based on CDC guidelines
