Northern Riverview is actively hiring LPNs for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Haverstraw, NY.

Flexible Shifts with Full-Time and Part-Time openings!

$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Base rate $31.94 with a $1 shift differential for evening and nights.

Duties:

1. Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
2. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds as needed.
5. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs).
6. Help Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
7. Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

1. Valid LPN license
2. Must be in good standing with State Registry
3. Must be able to work as a team member
