Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is actively hiring LPN Team Members for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Cooperstown, NY.

New higher Rates!! Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!!

Base rate is $30-$35 with an additional $1 shift differential for evenings.

DUTIES:

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications, treatments, and injections to Residents as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.
