Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Triboro Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Duties:

1. Collecting information from residents for admission, including medical records and insurance details.
2. Recording health details of residents, such as vitals and temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring food and liquid intake and output of residents.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
2. Valid NY State LPN license.
3. Good standing with the State Registry.
4. Willingness to learn and improve skills.
