Job description

St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Base rate is $31.14, 10% differential for 3-11 & 11-7 shift.

Now offering a $5,000 Sign-on bonus!!

Duties:

1. Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
2. Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
3. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
5. May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
6. Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
7. Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to work as a team member
2. Valid NY State LPN license
3. Must be in good standing with State Registry
