About the Role:

• Motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) needed for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Schenectady.
• Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
• Base pay is $28-$29 per hour, with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting required information from new residents for admission.
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising CNAs may be required.
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Monitoring food and liquid intake/output.

Requirements:

• Valid NY State LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
