We are now offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Base rate $29-$34 with an additional $0.65 shift differential for evening and nights!

Duties include:

• Collecting information from new Residents for admission
• Recording health details, including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising CNAs may be required
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring food and liquid intake/output

Requirements:

• Ability to work as a team
• Valid LPN State license
• Good standing with State Registry
