Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current and unrestricted LPN license in Arizona.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year LPN experience.
• Must be able to provide proof of citizenship or legal US work authorization.
• Fingerprinting required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of a RN or medical provider.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and immunizations with accurate records.
• Monitor patients' physical and mental health and report changes to medical staff.
• Conduct health screenings, vital signs, and routine evaluations.
• Assist with emergency medical response procedures (first aid, CPR, stabilization).
• Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards in the medical unit.
