FutureCare Health in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our frontline caregiving team. Under supervision, you will assist in care, support residents, document and coordinate with RN and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license issued in Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care planning and treatments under RN supervision.
• Provide resident care and support per unit assignment.
• Review medical records for compliance with state/federal guidelines.
• Document care provided and report changes to shift supervisor.
• Support nursing staff and participate in professional growth.
