South Lyon Senior Care & Rehab in South Lyon, MI is seeking a part-time LPN to join our 5-Star Skilled Nursing team. You will assess patient needs, administer care, and collaborate with a interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• LPN license required in Michigan with CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nursing treatments and procedures as prescribed.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor patient response.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Support and supervise Nurse Aide team as needed.
