Job summary

Cascade Senior Care Center in Jackson, MI is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our EPIC team. We offer 8- or 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, full-time or part-time positions, and a competitive pay scale.

Earn up to $41.40 per hour on 2nd shift, starting wage $29.15–$33.00 with a $4–$5 shift premium, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus with payout at 6, 12, and 18 months. Generous benefits and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan LPN license.
• CPR certification on file.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Perform clinical nursing tasks and patient care procedures.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Supervise Nurse Aide team, provide direction and training.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and other care professionals.
