Earn up to $36.10 per hour!

• Starting wages: $27.65 - $31.65
• Plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
• Plus $1.25 per hour 3rd Shift Premium
• Yearly wage increases

How you will help people daily:

• Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive environment for patients and their families
• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications and advise on treatment plans and patient condition
• Offer preventative and supportive care focused on patients’ well-being
• Supervise Nurse Aide team, including giving directions, training, and evaluations

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills for care planning and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
