Job summary

Faith Haven Senior Careteam is seeking an experienced LPN to join our Skilled Nursing team in Jackson, MI. You will evaluate patient needs, administer care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology services.

You will perform treatments, administer medications, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license required in Michigan.
• CPR-BLS certification required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred.
• Experience in nursing care and rehabilitation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments and care procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assess patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients and families.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team, provide training and evaluations.
