Job summary

Good Samaritan Larimore Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a full-time basis for day shifts. You will provide nursing care to residents in a Christian not-for-profit environment, under supervision by a RN or physician.

Active LPN license in ND is required, with potential IV therapy responsibilities and an emphasis on teamwork, documentation, and resident‑centered care. Competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required at time of hire.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• IV therapy/management skills may be required in ND.
• Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident well‑being.
