Job summary

MGA Homecare Washington, LLC is recruiting LPNs to provide in-home nursing care across Washington state. Positions available include full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay ranging from $40 to $47 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and caseload.

Expect paid training, a personal tablet for electronic charting, 1:1 caseload, online learning modules, simulation lab training, and career development opportunities. Benefits begin after 30 days of employment. No per diem at this time.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Washington/Compact (required).

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
