Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Nights LVN/LPN to provide in-home nursing care for medically fragile patients in Washington. The role offers competitive pay and flexible full-time or part-time schedules, with a focus on 1:1 caseloads and ongoing training.

As an RN/LPN, you will administer medications, document care, and support families with education and nursing needs. A WA/Compact LPN license is required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license valid in Washington/Compact required.
  • Attention to detail and precise charting are essential.
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills are needed.
  • Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients according to the plan of care and physician orders.
  • Administer prescribed medications and therapies with accuracy.
  • Document nursing actions, assessments and care coordination clearly.
  • Educate patients and families on disease process and self-care techniques.
