Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Washington to provide in-home care across multiple counties. Competitive pay ranges from $40 to $47 per hour, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven home health team.

We offer paid training, CEU opportunities, and a tablet for electronic charting. Full-time and part-time roles available with a focus on quality patient outcomes and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Washington/Compact (required).
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Well-organized with effective communication skills.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
