Job summary

NHC HealthCare Columbia is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day-to-day care at our Columbia, TN facility. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, base pay plus shift incentives, weekend and night differentials, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career advancement.

We value teamwork, professional growth, and delivering compassionate geriatric care on 12-hour shifts from 7P to 7A. Tennessee LPN licensure is required, and we hire GNs and GPNs as well.

Qualifications

• Must hold Tennessee LPN nursing license.
• Experience in nursing care and patient assessment is preferred.
• Ability to apply nursing process and maintain clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical competency with integrated nursing knowledge, leadership and communication.
• Utilizes nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
• Exhibits organization and prioritization to meet patient care needs.
• Adheres to local, state, and federal nursing regulations and standards.
