Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Implements treatment programs, administers medications, and performs diagnostic tests.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts and responds to codes or health emergencies.
• Assists in medical or minor surgical procedures and documents nursing encounters.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
