Job summary

Westside Village Nursing Center, part of Life Care Centers of America, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time night shift work with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. You will deliver hands-on nursing care, monitor patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an accredited LPN program diploma and an active LPN license, with CPR certification. Prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required (upon hire or during orientation).
• 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide quality nursing care and supervise CNAs as needed.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
