Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- CPR certification upon hire (or during orientation).
- 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Instruct patients and provide quality nursing care.
- Deliver care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and dementia units.
