The Herrick House at Beth Israel Lahey Health Continuing Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee medication management and coordinate medical needs for residents. You will work closely with physicians, nursing leadership and family members to ensure high-quality care in a compassionate setting.
You will observe patient status, document changes, and participate in care planning while supervising Resident Care Aides to deliver care per plan.

Oversees the medication management and coordinates the medical needs of the residents with physicians, Director of Nursing/Resident Care and family members. Observes, documents and reports significant changes in residents’ condition recommending changes in care needs. Assists in supervising Resident Care Aides ensuring care is provided as instructed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: including but not limited to:
Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
A minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing or nursing in a skilled nursing facility is required.
Current license to practice nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration. BLS certification.
Pay Range: $32.10 - $43.20 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
