Job summary

Mercy Rehab Hospital in Missouri seeks a part-time LPN to provide patient care 24 hours per week during night shifts under supervision of licensed staff. You will apply the nursing process, support patient rights, and coordinate care with other departments.

Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license in Missouri; certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, BLS may be required; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; comparable education considered.
• Licensure: Must have and maintain a current Missouri LPN license and meet State Board requirements.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, and BLS may be required depending on unit, with LPN-IV if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Support night shift patient needs.
