Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active SC LPN license (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Direct day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with facility policies.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accurately.
• Maintain care plans, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed.
