Job summary

Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units. You will administer medications, including IVs where indicated, take vital signs, and provide comprehensive resident care with careful monitoring of outcomes.

You will also educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and supervise CNAs to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Varying nursing duties in SNF/Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications and IVs where applicable.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure high standards of care.
